did anyone manage to figure out the secret to the worlds most sought after question? what is the secret to success?

some say hard work, others say its confidence whilst many harp on about self belief.

Whenever i get asked about success, there is only one poem that my father showed me and one quote that my mother instilled in me that pulls me through :

Success is 20% hard work and 80% confidence. Work hard for something you love without bothering for results, success will follow.

and in times when that drive dampens down :

“Don’t Quit”

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill,

When the funds are low and the debts are high,

And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit,
